How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working through. Many clients start with the Realignment Program for structured, sustained change, while others prefer single sessions for a specific decision or moment. We'll talk through what makes sense on your discovery call.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused: we work on clarity, decisions, and action rather than clinical treatment. If something comes up that's better supported by a therapist, I'll always say so.
Where do you work with clients?
I hold sessions in person in the Bay Area, and virtually for anyone who isn't local. Either way, you'll get the same level of attention and support.
