The part that changed everything wasn't a campaign or a client win. It was coaching junior staff through their consulting careers. What started as a structured mentorship quickly became my favorite part of the job, watching someone go from overwhelmed to clear and confident.
That feeling sent me looking for more of it. I started coaching others outside of work and found myself drawn to high performers, the ones who look successful but are quietly wondering if it's sustainable. Helping them find real balance, without giving up what they've built, is the work I love most.
